Soup with noodles and vegetables in Asian style

Description

A variety of vegetables can be added to the broth for such a soup.

Cooking

Step 1

Finely grate the ginger. Place a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat and pour in the sesame oil. Put in the ginger and crush the garlic. Cook by stirring. Add star anise, pour hot broth. Boil 20 min.

Step 2

Cut the meat and fry in a pan with barbecue sauce. Boil the noodles according to the instructions, drain in a colander.

Step 3

Cut the broccoli into florets and add to the pot. After 5 minutes put the peas. Boil 5 min. Pour in soy sauce.

Step 4

Collect everything in a bowl: noodles, broth and pieces of meat. You can add lime slices. Enjoy your meal!

chili (optional) 1 pc.
garlic 4 cloves
sesame oil 2 tbsp. l.
star anise 1 star
broth (meat or chicken) 1-1.5 l
barbecue sauce 2 tbsp. l.
broccoli 200 g
peas 100 g
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
egg noodles (or other) 300 g
