Step 1

From the indicated ingredients and 2 glasses of water, knead the yeast sponge dough, divide into pieces of 45 g, form balls from them. Let stand 5 min. and roll them into round cakes. Put minced meat in the middle of each cake, connect the edges of the dough so that the middle of the pie remains open. Place on a greased baking sheet and, after proofing, brush with egg. Bake small round pies at 200ºC for 25-30 minutes. until golden brown appears. After baking, put chopped hard-boiled eggs into the holes in the middle of the pies and sprinkle with herbs.

2 Art. l. Sahara
eggs - hard boiled 4 pcs
45 g fresh yeast
1 egg for greasing pies
80 g table margarine
fine sea salt
750 g minced meat
for 20 small pies:
2–3 tbsp. l. chopped green parsley
175 g melange (mixture of proteins and yolks)
