Salad in crimson tones

A good example of a healthy and tasty dish. This salad perfectly combines simplicity and speed of preparation, beautiful appearance and amazing taste.
How to cook Salad in crimson tones
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes, pour over with boiling water and remove the skin from them. Cut into 4 parts, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into strips. Peel the beets and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and stalk, cut the flesh into strips.
Step 2
Wash arugula, pat dry. Roughly chop and place in a salad bowl. Add vegetables, salt, pepper, season with vegetable oil to taste and mix.
Step 3
Roast nuts in 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, put on paper napkins, then finely chop. Sprinkle nuts over salad.
