Russian sandwich

Description

Delicious black bread with aromatic and hearty dressing.

Cooking

Step 1

Bread cut into portions.

Step 2

Grind the greens, pass the garlic through a press.

Step 3

Grate cheese and raw potatoes on a "medium" grater.

Step 4

Combine all ingredients, bring to taste, adding salt and pepper.

Step 5

Put the prepared filling on each slice of bread, press down, bake in the oven under the grill or fry in a frying pan heated with a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides. Quail eggs fry separately and put on top. Serve hot!

rye bread - 4 slices
greens - 1 bunch
garlic - 1 clove
cheese - 50 g
quail egg - 4 pcs.
potatoes - 1 pc.
vegetable oil for frying
