How to cook Roll with chicken and sweet pepper

Step 1

Salt the minced chicken, pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg, mix. Spread the minced meat in an even layer on a cling film moistened with water.

Step 2

Cut the red bell pepper into cubes and spread evenly over the minced meat.

Step 3

Roll carefully into a tight roll. Tie the edges of the roll.

Step 4

Put the roll in a form suitable for the microwave oven. Add 50 ml. water.

Step 5

Put the roll in the microwave for 7 minutes at 750 watts.

Step 6

Remove the finished roll from the microwave, free from the film and let cool slightly.

Step 7

Cut into serving pieces.
