Punch in a watermelon
How to cook Punch in a watermelon
Step 1
1. Wash apples, peaches and grapes. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the core and cut into slices. Cut the peach in half, remove the pit and cut into slices. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. 2. Fold the fruit in a flat bowl, cover with sugar, pour in cognac and 350 ml of dry wine, refrigerate for 2 hours. 3. Wash the watermelon thoroughly. Cut off the top. Scoop out the pulp from the watermelon with a tablespoon. 4. Make balls from the watermelon pulp with a special notch spoon. You can simply cut the watermelon pulp into small pieces. 5. Transfer chilled fruits to the watermelon along with the infused liquid. Add watermelon balls. Pour in the remaining wine and liquor. Add ice cubes. Shake and pour into cups. * For children and those who do not drink alcohol, it is possible to prepare crucons from light fruit juices - apple, grape and others. The cooking technology is the same: the fruits are washed, cut, covered with sugar and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. The juice or juice mixture is then added. TIP No less tasty kruchon can be made in a large Central Asian melon. In order not to drown out its own amazing aroma, other fruits or berries should be with a neutral smell. For the same reason, you should not add fruit or berry liqueurs to the melon jar.
