Description
Serve with fish and seafood.

Step 1
Squeeze the juice of two oranges, grate the zest of one of them on a fine grater.
Step 2
The resulting juice is mixed with 3 tbsp. l. dry white wine, 1 tbsp. l. grated horseradish and orange zest. Add sugar and salt to taste.
