Oatmeal jelly on the water with honey

Honey and dried fruits will add the necessary sweetness and unique taste to a slightly fresh drink.
How to cook Oatmeal jelly on the water with honey
Step 1
Pour oatmeal into a glass three-liter jar. Fill with water at room temperature. Close the lid and leave in a dark place for 2 days.
Step 2
Strain the mass through a sieve. Flakes can be "squeezed out" with a spoon so that the liquid separates better.
Step 3
Pour the oatmeal solution into a saucepan, put on low heat, cook, stirring constantly, until boiling. It is important to ensure that the sediment at the bottom of the pan does not burn. After boiling, immediately remove from heat, cool.
Step 4
Add honey to the cooled jelly. If desired, you can decorate the jelly with pre-steamed raisins, dried apricots and other dried fruits, cut into pieces.
