Step 1
Prepare the dressing by blending all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Cut a few slices of sausage for garnish. Cut the remaining sausage, cheese, pickled cucumber and red onion into strips. Mix with dressing, stir. Add salad mixture and place on a plate. Garnish with sausage slices and thinly sliced daikon. Sprinkle with green onions and paprika, garnish with cherry tomatoes.
