Step 1

Prepare the dressing by blending all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Cut a few slices of sausage for garnish. Cut the remaining sausage, cheese, pickled cucumber and red onion into strips. Mix with dressing, stir. Add salad mixture and place on a plate. Garnish with sausage slices and thinly sliced daikon. Sprinkle with green onions and paprika, garnish with cherry tomatoes.

120 g Riesenburg sausage
240 g Emmentaler cheese
160 g leafy salad mix
160 g pickled cucumbers
160 g salad dressing
150 g red onion
8 cherry tomatoes
40 g of daikon
20 g of green onions
ground paprika to taste
100 g vegetable oil
15 g white wine vinegar
15 g balsamic vinegar
10 g Dijon mustard
10 g red onion
10 g pickled cucumber
25 g dry white wine
