Milk jelly with strawberries

For jelly with strawberries, jam is suitable only from whole berries. You can use not very large fresh strawberries. It is better to pour the jelly not into glasses, but into a large shape, and then cut into portions with a knife - the dessert is very beautiful on the cut.
How to cook Milk jelly with strawberries
Step 1
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup cold milk. When the gelatin swells, add it to the remaining milk, put on fire and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Pour the milk into a mold, add sugar to taste and put in a cold place.
Step 2
Remove the strawberries from the jam, put on paper napkins to drain the syrup. When the jelly begins to thicken, carefully place the berries in the milk, trying to evenly distribute them inside the mold. Put in the refrigerator until the jelly is completely thickened.
