Milk chocolate croissants from ready-made dough

How to cook Milk chocolate croissants from ready-made dough
Step 1

Sprinkle the table with flour and lay out the puff pastry on it. Sprinkle the dough on top with flour and roll it out to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Cut the dough into triangles.
Step 2

Place chopped milk chocolate in the center of each triangle, leaving some space around the edges.
Step 3

Roll the triangles and form croissants.
Step 4

Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush the croissants with egg yolk. Put the croissants in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180°C. The chocolate croissants are ready. Serve them sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
