Description

Meat pizza is a real gift for those who love hearty dishes with a bright rich taste. By the way, such pastries can be served even for dinner, adding perhaps a green salad. As for the meat component of the pizza, in addition to those suggested, you can use any that are found in the refrigerator or in the nearest store. Sausages, sausages and ordinary boiled sausage will do, but smoked meats will manifest themselves much more expressively in pizza. Take the tomato sauce that you like best: there are no restrictions! Well, the very preparation of meat pizza will not cause any difficulties even for a not very experienced hostess. Simple and very tasty!

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare meat pizza dough. Pour milk into a saucepan, add drinking water and put on medium heat. Heat up to about 35°C. Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.

Step 2

Add dry yeast and stir. Leave for 15 minutes. Sift flour with salt through a fine sieve. Pour into the bowl with the yeast mixture and knead the dough.

Step 3

Pour in the olive oil. Knead the dough for meat pizza for 10-15 minutes, stretching and beating on the table. Then form a ball, cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 4

Punch down the risen dough and place it on a floured work surface. Lightly grease a round baking dish with a diameter of 28-30 cm with vegetable oil.

Step 5

Roll out the pizza dough into a thin cake with a diameter larger than the molds. Quickly transfer the cake into it and press it to the bottom. Make small sides by folding the excess dough from the edges inward.

Step 6

To prevent the pizza dough from rising and pushing the topping out during baking, often prick the surface of the pizza with a fork. Cover the mold with a towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Prepare the meat pizza topping ingredients. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Wash tomatoes and peppers. Cut the tomatoes into circles. Peel the pepper from seeds, cut the pulp into strips. Grate both types of cheese on a fine grater. Carbonade (ham, salami) cut into small slices.

Step 8

Grease the cake in the form with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheddar. Top with carbonade (ham, salami), onions, peppers and tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 220°C.
