How to cook Marinated herring with cucumbers and homemade cottage cheese

Step 1

For the marinade, mix all the ingredients with 1 liter of drinking water. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cool completely. Pour the gutted herring and leave for 48 hours.

Step 2

For dill oil in a blender, grind sunflower oil and dill together. Leave until use.

Step 3

Arrange marinated herring, cottage cheese and thinly sliced cucumbers on plates. If desired, you can cut small balls out of them with a carving knife. Strain the oil and decorate the dish. Serve.
