Goose in wine

How to cook Goose in wine
Step 1
Cut the goose, remove the skin and excess fat. Cut into medium pieces.
Step 2
Fry the goose pieces in a small amount of oil, over high heat, so that the juice inside the meat is sealed.
Step 3
Add diced onion, reduce heat to medium and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Add tomato paste, fry for another 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add wine, vinegar, spices and salt. Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and leave to simmer for about an hour and a half.
Step 6
5-7 minutes before readiness, add sliced \u200b\u200bfresh tomatoes and chopped greens. Cover with a lid and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Step 7
Our goose is ready, bon appetit!
