How to cook Georgia Burger

Step 1

At this time, heat the oil in a saucepan, add the lamb, sauce and fat left after roasting the lamb. After that, add tomato sauce to the same mass, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Mix again. Leave.

Step 7

Reheat 4 buns. Put half a tablespoon of tomato sauce on the top and bottom.

Step 8

Collect burgers. Put fresh lettuce, red onion, tomatoes on the bottom half. Put the stewed lamb on top, put fresh cilantro on top, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Close with the second half of the roll.
