Step 1

Boil beets, peel, grate. Chop the egg, cucumbers and onions into small strips.

Step 2

Put all the vegetables and egg in a plate, pour beetroot broth.

Step 3

Serve with sour cream, mustard and creamy horseradish.

beets - 100 g
boiled egg - 1 pc.
fresh cucumbers - 25 g
green onion - 10 g
sour cream - 20 g
Dijon mustard - 20 g
creamy horseradish - 20 g
