How to cook Curd paste with radish
Step 1
Peel and grate the radish, squeeze out the released juice and mix with cottage cheese. Wash sweet pepper, cut in half and remove the core; cut the pulp into small cubes and also add to the cottage cheese.
Step 2
Add dry parsley, dill and spicy greens to the mass. Salt to taste, mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Serve with thin pita bread, wheat or corn tortillas.
