Couscous salad with vegetables and mint

How to cook Couscous salad with vegetables and mint

Step 1

Steam the couscous with boiling water as directed in the cooking instructions.

Step 2

While the couscous is steaming, let's cut the vegetables. Bulgarian pepper (preferably different colors cut into a small cube). Finely chop the celery stalk and green onion as well. Chop mint and parsley leaves. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, combine it with olive oil, salt and pepper, mix.

Step 3

Loosen the swollen couscous with a fork, then combine it with chopped vegetables and herbs, season with dressing, mix and serve. Enjoy your meal!
