How to cook Cottage cheese bars

Step 1

Curd needs to be smooth. If you have grainy - dare in a blender. Pour in the egg, sour cream, add sugar, salt, soda, flour and mix everything well. More flour may be required, it all depends on the cottage cheese. I lost 1 glass. Knead a soft dough.

Step 2

Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Roll out a layer 2-3 cm thick from the resulting curd mass. Cut into sticks of any length convenient for you.

Step 3

Deep fry on all sides until golden brown. Immediately fold the finished sticks on paper towels and sprinkle hot with plenty of powdered sugar.
