How to cook Chicken in orange sauce

Step 1

Remove the zest from the orange and squeeze out the juice. Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix the orange zest, garlic, starch and all the spices. Add the orange juice, soy sauce, honey and rice vinegar.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Salt and pepper the chicken to taste. Fry the chicken in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Add orange sauce to the chicken and simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
