Cake "Number"

How to cook Cake "Number"
Step 1

Prepare the dough. Place honey, sugar and salt in a high-sided bowl, stir and beat in the egg. Add butter, stir and heat the mixture until boiling, then add soda. Cool the mixture to room temperature and add half of the flour, stirring. Place the other half of the flour on the table and place the dough on it. Knead the dough until it becomes soft but elastic. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 2

Bake the cakes. Draw a stencil in the form of a number on parchment paper. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3-5 mm, put the stencil on top and cut out the cakes. Bake the cakes at 170 °C for about 10-15 minutes. Let the finished cakes cool.
Step 3

Prepare the cream. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and cream with a mixer until a thick, fluffy mass is formed.
Step 4

Assemble the cake. Place the finished cream in a pastry bag with a nozzle with a large round hole. Squeeze the cream onto the first cake in the form of small disks over the entire surface. Sprinkle with nuts and place the second cake. Squeeze the cream onto it in the same way and sprinkle with nuts. Repeat the action for all subsequent cakes. You can put a little more cream on the top cake.
