Cabbage with pepper and onion for the winter

This vegetable dish contains many vitamins and microelements. It is prepared in just 20 minutes, and will please you and strengthen your body all winter long!
How to cook Cabbage with pepper and onion for the winter
Step 1

Shred the red cabbage.
Step 2

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 3

Remove the stem and seeds from the pepper and cut the pepper into cubes.
Step 4

Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 5

Place all the vegetables in a deep bowl and add salt, spices and sugar.
Step 6

Add vinegar, vegetable oil, 100 ml of water to the vegetables and mix all ingredients well.
Step 7

Place the salad in a sterilized container. Leave it to marinate for 24 hours.
