
Shred the red cabbage.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Remove the stem and seeds from the pepper and cut the pepper into cubes.

Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Place all the vegetables in a deep bowl and add salt, spices and sugar.

Add vinegar, vegetable oil, 100 ml of water to the vegetables and mix all ingredients well.

Place the salad in a sterilized container. Leave it to marinate for 24 hours.
