Boiled crayfish with dill

Description
Incredibly delicious recipe for boiled crayfish, which I am always afraid of losing. Because only in this form they are the most properly prepared for me.
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Pour the required amount of water into a large saucepan and put on high heat. While the water is boiling, wash the crayfish thoroughly to wash away all the algae, sand and silt.
Step 2
Drop the crayfish into boiling water. Add dill. Wait until the water boils again. Boil 7 min. from the moment of boiling with the lid open.
Step 3
Turn off the stove, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the lid and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. But it is better that they are infused for at least 1 hour. Only after this time do they take the required amount of salt. Leave the crayfish in the brine until the end of their eating.
