Beef burger
The beef burger appeared in the 19th century. Presumably in Germany. But it took root in America, so it is considered a national American dish. How to cook Beef burger
Step 1

Fry the cutlets. Salt and pepper the mince, form flat cutlets. Heat the frying pan and fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 2

Make the burgers. Cut the burger buns in half and toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes on each side. Fry the bacon for 2 minutes on each side. Slice the tomato and cucumber. Assemble the burger as follows: burger bun bottom, sauce, lettuce, tomato, bacon slice, patty, cucumber, lettuce, burger bun top.
