Baked chicken a la shawarma

Step 1

Separate the chicken meat from the bones. Salt, pepper, grate with butter and place in the oven, skin side up, for 12 minutes. at 200 degrees.

Step 2

For the sauce: mix sour cream, mayonnaise, grainy mustard and lemon juice.

Step 3

Lavash spread in two layers, spread with sauce. Cut all the ingredients into strips and put them on pita bread. Put the chicken on top, sprinkle with Parmesan and roll into a tube.

Step 4

Grate the resulting tube with butter and put in the oven for 2 minutes.

mayonnaise - 30 g
grainy mustard - 15 g
lemon juice - 5 g
