Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash beets, dry. Wrap each in 2-3 layers of foil, put in the oven and bake for 1 - 1.5 hours. Let cool. Carefully remove the foil. 2. Wash the raisins, pour boiling water over them and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain in a colander and pat dry with paper towels. Peel the beets and cut into large pieces 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the beets and raisins over high heat, 1.5 minutes. Salt to taste. Add sour cream, mix, cook for 2 minutes.
