Apple and strawberry crumble
Crumble is an English dessert that is a filling of fruits and berries under a baked crispy crumb. You can take any fruits and berries to make crumble. The crispy crumb is made from flour, butter and sugar. The filling is placed on the bottom of the pan and sprinkled with crumbs on top, and then everything is baked in the oven. You get a very tasty juicy dessert with a crispy crust. You can also serve ice cream or whipped cream with it.
How to cook Apple and strawberry crumble
Step 1

Cut the apples into large cubes.
Step 2

Cut the strawberries into large cubes as well.
Step 3

In a small bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
Step 4

Add flour to butter and sugar and rub everything into crumbs.
Step 5

Place strawberries in a baking dish and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 6

Place apples on top of the strawberries and sprinkle with sugar as well.
Step 7

The final layer is made from crumbs of butter, flour and sugar.
Step 8

Place the crumble in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes at 190°C. The crumble should brown and become crispy.
Step 9
Decorate the finished dessert with powdered sugar.
