Ingredients

  • 8 pieces of ciabatta
  • 200 g cold cuts (boiled sausage, ham, boiled pork, carbonate)
  • 8 slices of smoked cheese
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 medium tomatoes

Cooking

Step 1

Heat up the grill pan. Brush the ciabatta with olive oil and fry until golden brown.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes into circles, cucumbers - lengthwise into thin slices.

Step 3

Arrange on a piece of ciabatta alternating vegetables, cheese and cold cuts. Top with a second slice of bread and poke the sandwich with a skewer.
