Sandwich
Ingredients
Servings 4- 8 pieces of ciabatta
- 200 g cold cuts (boiled sausage, ham, boiled pork, carbonate)
- 8 slices of smoked cheese
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 medium tomatoes
Cooking
Step 1
Heat up the grill pan. Brush the ciabatta with olive oil and fry until golden brown.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into circles, cucumbers - lengthwise into thin slices.
Step 3
Arrange on a piece of ciabatta alternating vegetables, cheese and cold cuts. Top with a second slice of bread and poke the sandwich with a skewer.
