Salmon with Lemon Anise Sauce

Ingredients

Servings 2 servings
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • 100 g fresh salmon fillet
  • lemon (peel, juice)
  • 1 tsp dried anise
  • 70 g of any green salad
  • Bulgarian pepper

Cooking

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the juice of 2 lemons, salt, pepper, and dried anise. Set aside for 30 min. Salmon cut into thin strips and pour the resulting mixture, let marinate, 10 minutes. Sort the lettuce, rinse well and dry. Serve fish on lettuce leaves, garnish with lemon wedge and lemon anise sauce.
