How to cook Salmon with Lemon Anise Sauce

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the juice of 2 lemons, salt, pepper, and dried anise. Set aside for 30 min. Salmon cut into thin strips and pour the resulting mixture, let marinate, 10 minutes. Sort the lettuce, rinse well and dry. Serve fish on lettuce leaves, garnish with lemon wedge and lemon anise sauce.
