Salmon steak with cauliflower puree
Description
As with a meat steak, the quality of the original product is, of course, important here. Salmon should be fresh and not frozen, but not yet overdried. Fish steak can be served with almost any side dish, but try to get away from the usual potatoes and rice and try something new - cauliflower puree. And do not be lazy: burn a lime wedge with a burner or cook it on the grill. So lime will delight you with completely new, bright shades of taste.
Cooking
Step 1
Grill the salmon until golden brown and cook in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Step 2
To prepare cauliflower puree, boil the florets in salted water for 4-5 minutes. Grind in a blender until smooth. Add cream. Whisk. Bring the mixture to a boil and cool.
Step 3
Put the vegetable puree on a flat plate and spread a little with a spatula. Put the salmon steak on the mashed potatoes. Garnish with corn leaves and top with a burnt lime wedge.
