Pumpkin buns

Description
The buns are quite neutral in taste. Very tasty with butter. You can add more sugar if you want to get just buns. If pumpkins are not at hand, you can take ready-made baby food in jars.
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Mix the sifted flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add milk, pumpkin puree, egg and butter. Everything must be warm. Knead a fairly soft elastic dough. Form a ball, cover with foil and let rise for 1.5 hours. I knead the dough in a mixer with a hook attachment.
Step 2
Knead the risen dough again and divide into 12-16 equal parts. Form round buns. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (I used a silicone mat). Make cuts around the circle, not reaching the center, with a sharp knife or kitchen scissors. Let rise 30-40 min. At this time, turn on the oven for heating (200 degrees).
Step 3
Lubricate the buns with yolk mixed with milk. Make a small indentation in the center and stick in the peanut pieces. Bake for about 20 minutes.
