Wonderful apple charlotte made from oatmeal, crumbly and tender. It is prepared very quickly - you just need to mix all the ingredients in a mixer and chop the apples.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Beat butter and sugar thoroughly in a mixer. Add eggs one at a time without stopping the mixer. Add both types of flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly again.

Add oatmeal. If you don't have it, grind the oatmeal in a blender. The dough should have the consistency as shown in the photo.

Step 4

Cover the form (20 - 23 cm) with paper, grease the sides with oil. Lay out 2/3 of the dough. Then a layer of diced apples, raisins, sprinkle with almond flour, cinnamon and lay out the remaining dough.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for a little over an hour. Check readiness with a toothpick.
