Easy to prepare and very tasty burger will not leave indifferent both adults and the smallest connoisseurs of fast food.
Ingredients
Servings 4- minced pork - 500 g
- burger buns - 8 pcs.
- leaf lettuce - 1 pack.
- melted cheese in slices Cheeseburger - 1 pack.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- barbecue sauce/ ketchup
- spices for barbecue

- pepper
Cooking
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix minced meat, salt, pepper and spices for barbecue. Put in refrigerator for 15 min.
Step 2
We cut the onion into rings, tear the lettuce into pieces, allow the buns to be cut in half.
Step 3
We take the minced meat out of the refrigerator and form thin flat cutlets, 1 cm wide. So that the minced meat does not stick to our hands and acquire the desired shape, we wet our hands in cold water before sculpting.
Step 4
Put the cutlets in a well-heated frying pan and fry on each side for 3 minutes.
Step 5
We spread lettuce, cutlet, cheese, onion, sauce alternately on buns and cover with a bun on top.
Step 6
We place the burgers for 1 minute in the microwave or for 5 minutes in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
