Guacamole Salad

Ingredients

  • guacamole sauce - 500 g
  • white onion - 20 g
  • garlic - 10 g
  • jalapeño - 5 g
  • ground cumin - 5 g
  • salt - 5 g
  • pepper - 3 g
  • tabasco green - 10 g
  • corn chips - 20 g
  • tomatoes - 100 g

Cooking

Step 1

Finely chopped onion and garlic, chopped jalapeno, cumin, salt, pepper and tabasco mixed with guacamole.

Step 2

Remove core and seeds from tomatoes. Cut into a medium sized cube. Garnish with corn chips when serving.
