Guacamole Salad
Ingredients
Servings 2- guacamole sauce - 500 g
- white onion - 20 g
- garlic - 10 g
- jalapeño - 5 g
- ground cumin - 5 g
- salt - 5 g
- pepper - 3 g
- tabasco green - 10 g
- corn chips - 20 g
- tomatoes - 100 g
Cooking
Step 1
Finely chopped onion and garlic, chopped jalapeno, cumin, salt, pepper and tabasco mixed with guacamole.
Step 2
Remove core and seeds from tomatoes. Cut into a medium sized cube. Garnish with corn chips when serving.
