Eggs stuffed with pesto
Ingredients
Servings 6- 6 boiled eggs
- 3 art. l. cream cheese or ricotta
- 2 tbsp. l. pesto sauce
- 1 st. l. lemon juice
- 1 Art. l. olive oil
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the eggs and cut in half.
Step 2
Put the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add cheese and pesto, olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag and fill the egg halves.
