Cottage cheese honey cream with apple
Ingredients
Servings 2 servings- melissa leaves for garnish
- 2 tbsp. l. cottage cheese with a fat content of 20%
- 0.5 banana
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- an Apple
- 1 pinch each ground ginger and cardamom
Cooking
Step 1
Wash the apple, grate on a coarse grater. Drizzle with half the lemon juice. Peel the banana, mash with a fork, sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese and honey, mix. Lastly, add the grated apple to the banana-curd mass.
Step 3
Sprinkle with ginger and cardamom, mix well. Arrange on plates, garnish with lemon balm and serve immediately.
