Wash the apple, grate on a coarse grater. Drizzle with half the lemon juice. Peel the banana, mash with a fork, sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.
Add cottage cheese and honey, mix. Lastly, add the grated apple to the banana-curd mass.
Sprinkle with ginger and cardamom, mix well. Arrange on plates, garnish with lemon balm and serve immediately.
