Chocolate dumplings with mango sauce
Chocolate, according to Marina Tsvetaeva, can treat sadness. And if you decide to add it to some dish, there will be no time for melancholy at all - just have time to turn around.
Ingredients
- 200 g cream (36% fat)
- mango, sugar syrup
- lemon juice
- 800 g dumpling dough
- pistachios, turmeric and mint for garnish
- 500 g of chocolate (55% cocoa)

Step 1
Prepare the dough for ordinary dumplings, but almost without salt and with the addition of sugar. Melt the dark chocolate for a couple and pour in the boiled warm cream (only not boiling, so that the chocolate does not curdle). Mix thoroughly and refrigerate. Put the thickened filling into the dough and cook as usual. For mango sauce in mango puree, add sugar syrup and a little lemon juice to taste. First, pour the sauce on the dish, put the dumplings on top. Instead of parsley, you can sprinkle dumplings with chopped pistachios. Garnish the dish with turmeric and mint leaves.
