Yeast pancakes with milk
Noisy Maslenitsa is simply unthinkable without yeast pancakes in milk! These were prepared by our grandmothers and mothers, but now it's time to master this recipe for the next generation. Moreover, there is nothing particularly difficult in this, and the most affordable products are used. The main thing is to knead the dough well and let it rise thoroughly in a warm place. The latter is very important, so take your time: your patience will be rewarded with admiration that relatives and guests will express after tasting lush and tender yeast pancakes in milk. How to cook Yeast pancakes with milk
Step 1
Pour milk into a large saucepan where you will knead the dough for pancakes. Place over high heat and heat to about 35°C. Remove the pot of milk from the stove

Crumble fresh yeast for yeast pancake dough into a bowl. Pour in 2-3 tbsp. l. milk and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Add 1 tbsp. l. sugar and pour into a saucepan with milk. Stir and cover with foil. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 3
Sift flour for yeast pancake dough with salt through a fine sieve into a separate container. When the dough has doubled in size, lightly beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl. Melt the butter.
Step 4
Add warm oil to bowl with eggs and stir. Pour into a saucepan with brew. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough thoroughly (at least 10 minutes by hand).
Step 5
Cover the container with yeast pancake dough with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour. Then heat the oven to 90°C. Prepare the pans: they need to be heated over high heat.
Step 6
Bake yeast pancakes. To do this, each time grease the pan with vegetable oil and pour a little dough. Brown the pancakes on both sides and place on a fireproof plate. Brush with oil and keep in a hot, turned off oven until serving.
