Yeast pancakes

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is the beginning of the day. A tasty, nutritious and most importantly healthy breakfast will give you a good mood and a lot of energy to achieve your goals! For example, pancakes can be such a breakfast. There are many variations of serving: with sour cream, condensed milk, jam, honey and your favorite syrup. The only limit is your imagination.
How to cook Yeast pancakes
Step 1

Warm the milk to room temperature, skim off any foam if necessary. Add dry yeast to the milk and mix thoroughly. The milk should acquire a characteristic creamy hue.
Step 2

Add eggs, salt, sugar to the milk and beat slightly.
Step 3

Sift flour into the milk and egg mixture in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise and become fluffy.
Step 4

Heat a frying pan with a little oil and start baking the pancakes, spreading the dough with a spoon. Fry each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side over a slightly higher than medium heat. The dish is ready!
