Watermelon sorbet with sugar forget-me-nots

How to cook Watermelon sorbet with sugar forget-me-nots

Step 1

Prepare the syrup: pour sugar with a glass of water, add lemon juice and cook the syrup for 3 minutes. We cool. We put it in a container and put it in the freezer for 3 hours (stir every 30 minutes) or cook in an ice cream maker. For serving, I prepared candied flowers: forget-me-nots and awl-shaped phlox - they are very harmoniously combined with sorbet in color.

Step 2

Grind the pulp of watermelon with a blender, add syrup and sparkling wine. Beat for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

We put it in a container and put it in the freezer for 3 hours (stir every 30 minutes) or cook in an ice cream maker. For serving, candied forget-me-nots - they will add tenderness to the dessert.
