Vegetable salad with chavrou cheese

Step 1

Cucumber and tomatoes cut into large segments, radish into thin slices.

Step 2

Add orange segments and green leaves and season with olive oil.

Step 3

Season to taste with salt and pepper, garnish with chavrou cheese around the edges.

Baku tomatoes - 50 g
fresh cucumber - 35 g
radish - 20 years
mix of greens (parsley, cilantro, dill, tarragon) - 10 g
peeled orange - 20 g
olive oil - 6 g
Chavrou cheese - 45 g
salt, pepper - to taste
