Vegetable chips

Healthy chips? Easily!
How to cook Vegetable chips
Step 1
Wash beets and carrots, peel and dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Cut vegetables with a sharp knife into thin slices, you can use a vegetable peeler instead of a knife.
Step 3
Arrange slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. You can lay the slices very close to each other, as they decrease in size during baking.
Step 4
Salt the slices, sprinkle with spices and drizzle with oil.
Step 5
Bake at 160-165 degrees for about 30 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 10 minutes. Carrots will be ready earlier (20 minutes on one side and 10 on the other)
Step 6
Bon appetit and perhaps enjoy watching your favorite movie with natural chips.
