How to cook Vegetable chips
Step 1
Wash beets and carrots, peel and dry with paper towels.

Cut vegetables with a sharp knife into thin slices, you can use a vegetable peeler instead of a knife.

Arrange slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. You can lay the slices very close to each other, as they decrease in size during baking.

Salt the slices, sprinkle with spices and drizzle with oil.

Bake at 160-165 degrees for about 30 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 10 minutes. Carrots will be ready earlier (20 minutes on one side and 10 on the other)
Step 6
