Swedish fish soup

How to cook Swedish fish soup
Step 1
Peel vegetables. Cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Grind the white part of the leek and fry until translucent. Transfer the onion to the pan, add the carrots and potatoes. Pour in 1 liter of water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Cut the fish into pieces and put in a pan with vegetables. Add chopped celery and green peas. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Boil 5 min. Then pour milk into the soup, mix. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
