Step 1
Wash the pepper, cut in half, remove the core. Wash onions, dry. Chop the pepper and onion into very small pieces. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Defrost the dough, roll into a thin layer. Cut the dough into squares with a side of 5-6 cm. Place the squares on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment or silicone non-stick mat.
Step 3
Using a pastry brush, brush each square with a thin layer of curry paste. Poke holes in the dough with a fork.
Step 4
Divide the cheese into two parts, mix one with pepper, the other with onions. Place the onion mixture on some of the squares, and the pepper mixture on the remaining squares. Place in preheated oven at 190°C and bake for 15 minutes.
