Spaghetti with meat
Spaghetti with meat and vegetables is a nutritious dish that is easy to prepare for dinner or lunch. The ingredients for it are probably in your refrigerator, and you can vary their quantity as desired: remove the pepper or add garlic. Choose fresh boneless meat and spaghetti made from durum wheat, as well as fresh vegetables - then the dish will be juicy and tasty!
How to cook Spaghetti with meat
Step 1

Cut the bell pepper and carrot into strips. Cut the red onion into half rings no thicker than 3 mm.
Step 2

Boil water and cook spaghetti for 3-5 minutes until al dente (half cooked). Then drain in a colander.
Step 3

Cut the meat into small pieces no more than 2 cm thick and place them on a heated frying pan, drizzled with vegetable oil. Fry on each side for 2 minutes.
Step 4

Add chopped carrots and onions to the meat and fry together for another 5 minutes.
Step 5

Add chopped sweet pepper, tomato paste and spices to the meat and vegetables. Stir, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6

Place the spaghetti in the pan, stir and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 7

Place the finished dish on plates, garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve. Enjoy!
