How to cook Spaghetti Bolognese (vegan)

Step 1

Boil soy meat, drain the water, cool and pass through a meat grinder (you can skip this item if there is ready-made soy minced meat).

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry until soft in olive oil.

Step 3

Add soy mince, chopped tomatoes, bolognese sauce to the pan. Add some water if necessary. Simmer until all ingredients are ready.

Step 4

Salt and add spices, simmer for another 5 minutes and the sauce with minced meat is ready.

Step 5

Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.

Step 6

Put the spaghetti on a plate, sauce on top, garnish with basil leaves. Enjoy your meal!
