How to cook Sour cream cake with boiled condensed milk

Step 1

Grind sugar with yolks until white, add sour cream and vanillin to the yolks, mix.

Step 2

Sift the flour, add to the sour cream mixture and mix until the ingredients are combined.

Step 3

Separately, beat the whites until a strong foam, and then gently fold into the main mixture and mix gently.

Step 4

Pour the dough into a greased rectangular or square shape and bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees until cooked.

Step 5

Cool the finished cake and cut into 2 cakes. Put a layer of boiled condensed milk on the bottom cake and cover with the second cake on top. Cakes can be soaked if desired, but with sour cream they are quite moist.

Step 6

Pour chocolate frosting on top. Cut into portioned cakes and refrigerate for 15 minutes for the fudge to set.
